General information

We aspire to ship all regular orders within 48 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has left our studio.

Standard shipping rates are shown hand in hand with order checkout.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery (Postnord, 2-5 business days) shipping on all orders.

For customers in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Linköping and Norrköping we offer a selection of home delivery options;

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you assoon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we willnotify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further deliverytime with us.

Returns

To start a return, we ask you to please contact us at hello@tpt-studio.se

All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition,meaning they have not been used or cleaned.

All hang tags need to be attached to garment and sent in a parcel which is securely sealed to avoid any damage.

You also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we charge 79 SEK for shipping costs when you return or exchange your order.

The return cost (79 SEK) will be deducted from the refund total.

Processing returns has an environmental impact and The Poetry of Things Studio consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Hence the fee, when returning pieces bought on tpt-studio.com, will be added.

This added fee is a small step for The Poetry of Things Studio to limit direct climate effect.

Exchange & Refunds

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order. We will refund approved returns within 14 days of their arrival. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@tpt-studio.se if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can correct any mistakes.

According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify us within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective.
